By accessing or using PickFight Arena ("the Arena"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Use of Service

PickFight provides a platform for community voting, discussion, and social interaction. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Arena.

2. User-Generated Content

When you post comments, votes, or create matchups on PickFight, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content. You are solely responsible for the content you contribute and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or our community standards.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair and respectful arena, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to cast votes, post comments, or scrape data.
• Post content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper working of the Arena.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

The PickFight brand, logo, design elements, and original content are the intellectual property of PickFight Arena and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use these elements without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

PickFight Arena and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Arena after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
